Two partners in the Montana-based trial firm of Kovacich Snipes Johnson have been honored as Mountain States Super Lawyers by the prestigious legal directory. The publication, part of the media group Thomson Reuters, annually selects honorees from Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming for the list, using a multiphase selection process of peer nominations and evaluations.
The firm’s Mark Kovacich and Ben Snipes are again named to the Super Lawyers list, marking the 10th consecutive year for Mr. Kovacich and the second for Mr. Snipes. In addition, Mr. Kovacich is named to the list of Top 100 lawyers in the five-state region.
Only 5% of eligible attorneys are recognized on the Mountain States Super Lawyers list each year.
A principal and managing partner of the firm, Mr. Kovacich represents plaintiffs in claims involving serious personal injury, construction accidents, environmental litigation, toxic torts, product liability, workers’ compensation, and safe workplace litigation.
As a partner and firm shareholder, Mr. Snipes’s practice centers on plaintiff personal injury claims, such as trucking accidents, construction accidents and ski accidents, with an additional focus on workers’ compensation claims.
