KSJ’s co-founding partner Mark Kovacich has been elected to the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an exclusive group of the nation’s leading trial lawyers and judges. ABOTA is an invitation-only organization requiring members to demonstrate significant litigation experience.  

“It’s a great honor to be recognized for the quality of work and support for the Seventh Amendment that has been my commitment for many years,” says Mr. Kovacich. “Our system of justice and the rule of law must be protected, and I will continue to work with my colleagues to preserve those rights.”  

Since 1958, ABOTA has advanced the civil jury trial and elevated the standards of integrity, civility, and professionalism in the legal profession. The organization has more than 7,600 members in 95 chapters nationwide.
