Mark Kovacich, Ben Snipes and Ross Johnson have been named to the list of the 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers in the nation for 2023 by the Lawdragon legal guide. Lawyers for this guide are selected through the publication’s time-honed process of independent journalistic research and submissions, involving interviews with and research on thousands of attorney candidates. Only four other Montana attorneys are included on this year’s list.

The firm has recovered more than $500 million in verdicts and settlements for clients, with trial outcomes that include a $40 million verdict in an environmental contamination case and a $65 million verdict on behalf of 24 Montana family farms in a business-related dispute.
