Ross Johnson, Ben Snipes and Mark Kovacich, have been named to the list of the 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers in the nation for 2026 by the Lawdragon guide to the legal profession.

According to the publication’s editor, the list represents “the lawyers who will fight for you when life delivers its harshest blows. They are the advocates who can win the medical care, insurance benefits and other compensation that can help to compensate for tragedy.”

Lawyers are selected through the publication’s time-honed process of independent journalistic research and submissions, involving interviews with and research on thousands of attorney candidates. Only four other Montana attorneys are included on this year’s list.

The three KSJ partners have a combined 45 years of legal experience representing clients in serious personal injury litigation and workplace accident claims, as well asbestos and toxic exposure cases. The firm has recovered more than $500 million in verdicts and settlements for clients, with trial outcomes that include a $40 million verdict in an environmental contamination case and a $65 million verdict on behalf of 24 Montana family farms in a business-related dispute.
