In the recently released 2026 edition, the firm has earned the highest regional ranking of Tier One, making it one of the top law firms in Montana in the practice area of Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs.

Best Law Firms consideration is available only to those firms with at least one attorney recognized in the current edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Earlier this year, all three of the firm’s name partners – Mark Kovacich, Ben Snipes and Ross Johnson – were honored by the Best Lawyers publication.
